We confirm availability by email; a £100 deposit secures your booking, payable by online bank transfer, PayPal or card.
On receipt of your deposit we email or post confirmation along with directions.
The remaining balance is due two weeks before arrival; two days before you arrive we arrange key collection and the breakage deposit.
Short lets are not available in July and August. A 2 night stay is 55% of the weekly rate, 3 nights is 65%, 4 nights is 75%, 5 nights is 85%, and 6 nights is 95% of the weekly rate.
